Job Description

Execusource is seeking candidates for a permanent hybrid Accounting opening in the Boulder, CO area for one of our clients.
Salary: $55k-60k
Schedule: Hybrid (in office 2-3 days per week)

Duties:
Cash Management:
- Acts as Finance's liaison to banks
- Reviews daily bank processing for accuracy
- Reviews daily tenant ACH receipts in Yardi Payment Processing module
- Processes ACH transactions for tenant rents, and vendor Payments, and landlord payments
- Handles bank account tasks such as new account setups, closing accounts, change of signatories, banking services for fraud protection, and VISA card holder changes
General Ledger:
- Assists with month-end general ledger reconciliation as assigned
- Prepares and posts various journal entries during the month
- Backup responsibilities include preparing reconciliation control for intercompany accounts and check requests to clear balances

Qualifications:
Completed 4 year degree in accounting, finance, or similar field
2+ years of accounting experience
