Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Accounts Payable Specialist to join our finance team at our Corporate Headquarters. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in accounts payable processes, with responsibilities including the accurate and timely processing of invoices, account reconciliations, and supporting financial reporting functions. This role requires a detail-oriented individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can collaborate effectively with other departments to ensure smooth financial operations.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in accounts payable or a similar financial role is required.
  
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; an associate degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is preferred.

Responsibilities:

• Proficiency with Accounts Payables
• Experience in a multi-location distribution environment is preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong understanding of invoicing, payment processing, and vendor management.
• Knowledge of banking processes and experience with ACH/Wire payments is a plus
  
• Proficiency in keyboarding, basic math, and basic word processing (MS Word) and spreadsheet applications (MS Excel).
• Ability to apply general bookkeeping principles and basic business mathematics.
• Ability to exercise good judgment and discretion in performing regular duties.
