KBW Financial Staffing is working with a client in the greater Portland, ME area looking to add an AP Specialist to the team! Our client is motivated to hire and is looking for someone who is available immediately to start.

• Processing accounts payable invoices and issuing payments for invoices
• Provide weekly updates of cash requirements to management
• Completing weekly check runs
• Vendor communication and setup
• Processing employee expense reports

• 1+ year previous accounts payable experience

Compensation: $23-25/HR DOE
