As an AML Analyst, you'll play a vital role in ensuring compliance with anti-money laundering regulations by analysing customer activity, conducting investigations, and reporting suspicious behaviour. You'll work with a team of talented professionals who share your dedication to creating a safer, more enjoyable gambling experience for everyone.

Please note: We are looking for someone who can work a Saturday-Wednesday roster and you will have Thursday & Friday off. Please do not apply if you cannot work this roster.

With our HQ in Brisbane, we also have offices in Darwin, Sydney, Auckland, and Wellington. Your day-to-day...

• Analyse customer activity and transactions to identify potential money laundering activity, including unusual or suspicious patterns.
• Conduct in-depth investigations of flagged activity, including gathering and analysing data, reviewing documentation, and interviewing customers.
• Maintain accurate records of all AML investigations and transactions, ensuring compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements.
• Communicate findings and recommendations to key stakeholders, including senior management and regulatory bodies.
• Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve AML processes and reduce the risk of money laundering.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest AML regulations, tools, and techniques, and provide training and guidance to staff to ensure compliance.
• Collaborate with other departments, including finance, legal, and compliance, to ensure a holistic approach to AML compliance.

What you’ll bring...

• At least 2 years' experience in a similar AML or compliance role, preferably in the gaming or financial services industry.
• Strong understanding of AML regulations and KYC requirements.
• Experience with transaction monitoring systems, fraud detection, and/or data analytics.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail.
• Strong communication skills, including the ability to convey complex information clearly and persuasively.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team, and to prioritise multiple tasks effectively.
