Position Description

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Application Performance Analyst to join our team. This role is critical in ensuring the reliability, performance, and continuous improvement of our applications. You will leverage analytical skills, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and use technical expertise to monitor and troubleshoot applications effectively.

Responsibilities

  • Application Monitoring : Analyze data from Azure Log Analytics to evaluate application performance, detect patterns, and create actionable alerts to maintain optimal application health.

  • Root Cause Analysis : Investigate and interpret data from multiple sources to diagnose customer-related issues and deliver actionable solutions.

  • Collaborate with Development Teams : Partner with developers to troubleshoot application exceptions by analyzing logs from Azure Monitor Log Analytics, SQL Databases, and other repositories.

  • Mobile App Crash Analysis :
  • Work with mobile app developers and QA teams to analyze crash reports from Firebase Crashlytics.
  • Provide real-time updates, leveraging stack traces, metadata, and crash logs to resolve issues quickly.

  • Platform Maintenance and Data Visualization : Maintain access to monitoring platforms and ensure dashboards provide comprehensive, actionable insights for various stakeholders.

Requirements

Required

  • Proficiency with Azure Log Analytics and Azure Monitor.

  • Experience analyzing logs and crash reports using tools such as Firebase Crashlytics and SQL Databases.

  • Strong problem-solving and root cause analysis skills.

  • Excellent communication skills to simplify and convey technical information to non-technical audiences.

  • Ability to collaborate effectively within cross-functional teams.High attention to detail and a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues.

Preferred

  • Experience with data visualization tools and creating insightful dashboards.

  • Familiarity with mobile application lifecycles and troubleshooting crashes.

  • Proficiency in KQL (Kusto Query Language) and SQL for querying and data analysis.
