Job Title: Assistant Graphics Designer
Position Overview:
We're looking for a creative and detail-oriented Assistant Graphics Designer to join our marketing team! In this role, you'll work closely with team members to design engaging email campaigns, social media content, and a variety of branding materials, all while ensuring consistency with our brand guidelines. Compensation:
Hourly pay ranges from $20 to $23 per hour.
Responsibilities:
As an Assistant Graphics Designer, you'll:
Support the lead designer in creating digital marketing materials, such as email campaigns, banner ads, web designs, and social media visuals.
If you have photography skills, assist with in-house photo and video shoots for social media content.
Use a mix of stock photos, graphics, in-house photography, and other media to create design materials, submitting them for review and feedback.
Collaborate with the design team to ensure all materials align with our brand and style guidelines.
Manage assigned projects from concept to completion, incorporating team feedback to ensure high-quality results.
Qualifications:
We're looking for someone who has:
A bachelor's degree in graphic design or a related marketing field.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite; experience with Figma and Microsoft Teams is a bonus.
A clean, modern aesthetic with the ability to adapt to the unique style of the wedding jewelry industry.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
A passion for teamwork and creating effective marketing campaigns.
A willingness to learn new skills and design techniques as needed.
Physical Demands:
This role offers the flexibility of remote work, with occasional in-person meetings for specific projects. You'll join team meetings via Zoom, Google Meet, or Microsoft Teams.
