Position: Personal Injury Attorney
Location: Boynton Beach, FL (On-site, Full-Time)

About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and driven Personal Injury Attorney to join a rapidly expanding plaintiff-side law practice based in Boynton Beach. This is a full-time, in-office role best suited for a licensed Florida attorney who is passionate about advocating for injury victims and is eager to build a long-term career in personal injury law.

The ideal candidate will have e*xperience in Personal Injury *matters, particularly motor vehicle accidents, and must be capable of managing a high-volume caseload with professionalism, organization, and urgency.

Key Responsibilities

• Independently manage a large portfolio of pre-suit personal injury cases, with occasional litigation support
• Regularly communicate with clients to provide legal updates and counsel throughout the claims process
• Evaluate claims and medical records, assess damages, and determine case value
• Negotiate resolutions with insurance carriers and opposing counsel to achieve favorable outcomes
• Conduct PIP-related proceedings, including recorded statements and Examinations Under Oath (EUOs)
• Draft legal documents, such as settlement demands, pleadings, motions, and discovery requests
• Participate in depositions, hearings, and motion practice when required
• Stay up to date on changes in Florida statutes and case law relevant to tort and insurance matters
• Help promote the firm within the community and support business development initiatives

What We’re Looking For

• Active and in-good-standing member of the Florida Bar
• Direct experience working on personal injury cases in Florida
• Solid knowledge of Florida personal injury law and insurance-related statutes, including §§ 627.736, 627.727, and 768.76
• Strong legal writing, research, and negotiation skills
• Excellent time management and attention to detail
• Client-first mentality with outstanding interpersonal communication skills
• Collaborative mindset with a desire to grow professionally

Pay: $75,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year
