Description Boutique law firm has an immediate opening for an Associate Attorney! This Associate Attorney will join a team of attorneys specializing in real estate and HOA litigation matters. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in civil litigation with at least three years of relevant experience. This role offers an opportunity to work on diverse legal matters and hybrid flexibility. This attorney must be able to work on-site at least 1-2x per week in Los Gatos, CA. Responsibilities: - Draft, review, and manage legal documents such as pleadings and motions with precision and attention to detail. - Oversee case management processes, ensuring timely and efficient handling of client matters. - Provide expert guidance in civil litigation, including preparing briefs. - Conduct legal research and analysis to support case strategies and outcomes. - Collaborate with clients and team members to deliver tailored legal solutions. - Manage the discovery process utilizing eDiscovery tools. - Prepare Partners for depositions and arbitrations. - Assist with trial preparation including exhibits and various motions. Requirements - Minimum of three years of experience working as a CA licensed attorney, with a focus on civil litigation. - Holds an active California Bar license. - Excellent drafting, briefing, and analytical skills. - Ability to manage multiple cases and prioritize tasks effectively. - Must be able to work on-site on a hybrid basis in Los Gatos, CA Robert Half is the world's first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
