A prestigious law firm is seeking an Attorney with at least 2 years of construction law or complex litigation experience to join its renowned Construction Law Practice in Chicago . This is an excellent opportunity to contribute to a practice group focused on counseling, dispute resolution (ADR and litigation), and contract negotiation. Ideal candidates will have experience in construction disputes, including delay and disruption claims, payment disputes, mechanic’s liens, bond claims, product claims, and breach of contract claims.
