Automotive Parts Manager wanted. HW Kia of West County is seeking a self-motivated, dynamic leader for our expanding Parts Department. The ideal candidate will possess the interpersonal skills and self-confidence to perform at a high-level as well as the ability to work as an integral part of the fixed operations team to ultimately help us exceed our Kia brand clients’ customer service expectations. Parts Manager Qualifications:

• 5+ years of dealership management experience is required
• Kia experience preferred
• CDK experience preferred
• A team player focused on providing exemplary customer service, self-motivated with the ability to set and achieve targeted goals
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced work environment
