Someone with Mechanical Aptitude with history of diesel/automotive maintenance and repair.
Keen eye to detail, need to have ability to follow detailed instructions completely.
Excellent attendance history.
Someone who follows safety protocol for the protection of themselves, colleagues, and equipment.
Initiative to follow through with repairs and assigned training.
Computer skills to be able to accept assigned work, document maintenance and repairs made as well as parts used.
Ability to improve efficiency as you get used to the assignments provided.

PM Mechanic/Technician Responsibilities:

Keep track of parts used.
Document work performed.
Wear personal protective equipment as required.
Perform repairs when approved by management team.
Work in a safe manner.
Perform preventative maintenance on trucks, by following company checklists.
Typical repairs / maintenance will be Oil and Filter changes, tire repair / replacement, brakes, lights, etc.

Requirements:

Mechanical aptitude
Dependable
Must be an independent worker
Ability to work Safe
Lift 50 lbs often, 75lbs occasionally
Ability to stoop, kneel, climb.
