Overview
We are seeking a compassionate and responsible Babysitter/Nanny to provide exceptional care for children in a nurturing environment. The ideal candidate will have experience working with infants, toddlers, and young children, ensuring their safety, well-being, and development. This role requires a proactive individual who is passionate about childcare and enjoys engaging with children through educational and fun activities.
Duties
  • Provide attentive and loving care for children, ensuring their safety at all times.
  • Engage in age-appropriate activities that promote learning and development.
  • Assist with daily routines including meal preparation, feeding, and dressing.
  • Educate children through play-based learning techniques to foster their cognitive and social skills.
  • Maintain a clean and organized environment for the children. No housework; common sense clean up of children's activities.
  • Communicate effectively with parents regarding children's progress and any concerns.
  • Administer first aid when necessary and maintain a first aid kit readily available.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in childcare settings such as babysitting, nannying, daycare, or similar roles.
  • Strong understanding of toddler care and infant care practices.
  • Ability to create a safe, engaging, and educational environment for children.
  • Certification in First Aid and CPR is preferred but not mandatory; willingness to obtain is essential.
  • Excellent communication skills with both children and parents.
  • Patience, reliability, and a genuine love for working with children.
  • Flexibility in scheduling to accommodate the family's needs.
