7 Brew Coffee was born from a desire to change drive-thru coffee into a fun, mind-blowing experience for everyone. We dreamed of serving premium coffee in record time and making new friends while we’re at it. The dream came alive with our first “stand” in Rogers, AR and our 7 original coffees.
Today, we’re cranking out all kinds of custom-hand crafted drinks in different locations throughout the country.

JOB DESCRIPTION: \BREWISTA\ 7 Brew Coffee

SUMMARY

Our mission is to “Inspire a community of kindness through a revolutionary coffee experience,” and the Brewistas of our Brew Crew are the valuable individuals that execute that mission every day. Brewistas report to their stand management team and the shift leader(s) on their shift.

A Brewista treats every interaction with others as an opportunity to build them up- whether they be our customers, teammates, or vendors. This job is ALL about people! It requires the ability to be patient, kind, confident, and oftentimes confrontational as we hold each other to the highest of standards. A Brewista makes delicious drinks, takes orders, intentionally engages with our customers, cleans, and stocks during every shift.

RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES

A Brewista will:

• Converse with customers to confirm their drink orders, and key them into our point-of sale system
• Collect payments for orders and give the correct change back
• Prepare all the drinks we offer
• Always move with urgency 
• Stay productive and proactive throughout the entire shift
• Make personal connections with customers every day through genuine, unique, and positive interactions
• Know our menu and drink customizations inside and out and use that knowledge to help our customers get exactly what they want, and learn our menu 
• Adhere to our high bar for being on time for shifts 
• Treat teammates and customers with respect and kindness
• Maintain a safe and healthy work environment by following organizational standards and sanitation regulations.

WORK SCHEDULE REQUIREMENTS

• Work a flexible schedule, which can include early mornings (5am) and late nights (11:30pm) Your availability must fit into one of our 3 shift times we have in the morning, afternoon, and evening
• Work 3 days per week
• Follow company procedure for communicating time off requests

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

• Can create and maintain genuine, uplifting interactions with both customers and teammates 
• Can work carefully and quickly with hot water and coffee, glass bottles, and diary products
• Can work outside for prolonged periods, regardless of weather conditions
• Can lift up to 50 lbs
• Can work on their feet for hours at a time
• Can frequently climb a ladder and use a stepladder
• Can stand, sit, bend, kneel, twist, squat, jump, and run as necessary to operate in their position. (You’d be surprised by how active this job is!)
• Can safely walk in between and around cars in the drive thru line
• Can safely use a utility knife
