We're seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Behavior Technicians to join our team in Richmond, VA. This part-time position (15-25 hours per week) offers a flexible schedule, primarily during evening hours (3 PM-8 PM), with occasional weekend availability. There's also the possibility of transitioning to a full-time role!

What You'll Do:
Provide 1:1 therapy in our outpatient clinic and/or approved community settings (client's home, school, daycare, etc.), under the guidance of a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst/Assistant Analyst (BCBA/BCaBA).
Implement client-specific programs, behavior plans, and other activities and procedures.
Complete all required clinical documentation accurately and on time.
Maintain client privacy in accordance with all regulations and policies.
Communicate effectively with all members of the client's treatment team.
Complete onboarding training and upload required documents within the established timeframe.
Attend scheduled staff meetings and supervision meetings.
Provide ABA therapy to children and adolescents with autism spectrum disorder and other developmental disabilities in home and community settings.
Model positive reinforcement, incremental teaching, prompting, and repeated practice for families to support development in language, social interactions, independent living skills, and other areas.
Receive ongoing clinical behavior skill training and supervision from a BCBA/BCaBA.
What You'll Bring:
Ability to participate in a remote interview process.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and move safely with clients.
Ability to pass criminal background checks and drug tests.
Preference given to applicants who are Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs), have ABA experience, or are enrolled in BCBA/BCaBA coursework.
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and sometimes holidays.
