LaSalle Network is partnering with a well-known healthcare company to find a Bilingual Healthcare Plan Representative who can support both English and Spanish-speaking members. In this role, you’ll use your language skills to explain complex healthcare terms, help members understand their benefits and provide guidance to ensure they make informed healthcare decisions.

Bilingual Healthcare Plan Representative Responsibilities:

• Respond to member inquiries regarding healthcare coverage, benefits and claims in both English and Spanish
• Explain co-insurance, deductibles, out-of-pocket maximums and other healthcare-related concepts
• Assist members with understanding their medical and pharmacy benefits
• Provide support on claims processes and billing inquiries
• Accurately document member interactions
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve member concerns

Bilingual Healthcare Plan Representative Requirements:

• Previous experience with healthcare insurance, specifically in customer service or benefits support
• Strong understanding of healthcare coverage, including co-insurance, deductibles and coverage terms
• Bilingual in Spanish and English with excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to simplify complex healthcare information for members in both languages
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
