Description of the role: The Billing Coordinator at Almost Family, LLC will be responsible for managing the billing process and ensuring accurate and timely invoicing. This role requires attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with other teams. Responsibilities:

• Review and reconcile billing statements
• Prepare and submit invoices
• Verify information and coverage
• Resolve billing discrepancies
• Communicate with management regarding billing inquiries from clients
• Coordinate and work with others that assist in the billing function
• Maintain accurate billing records
• Assist with financial reporting

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Prior experience in billing or accounting
• Proficient in MS Office or Google applications
• Excellent attention to detail
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
