Wanted - Billing and Accounts Payable Coordinator!

Entry level and experienced are encouraged to apply.

Full time, day shift Monday to Friday 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM

$2500 Sign On Bonus!

Specific Qualifications:

Duties include:  

  • Commitment to a safe work environment, quality product, and teamwork.
  • Work closely with project managers to review new and existing jobs.
  • Enter various data into ERP system (SAGE)
  • Reconcile Billing reports with labor and material
  • Summarize jobs ready for invoicing prior to billing
  • Create invoices and s end invoices to customers via mail or e-mail
  • Work with customers/PM’s to resolve billing issues
  • Maintain an organized and accurate filing system
  • Assist with Month End Closing Process – recognizing costs and closing jobs
