A boutique law firm in Beverly Hills is seeking a Billing Coordinator to join its team. The ideal candidate will have experience handling legal billing, preferably in a law firm setting, and familiarity with insurance billing is a plus. The role requires strong attention to detail, organization, and proficiency in electronic billing platforms. Responsibilities:

• Prepare, review, and process client invoices in compliance with firm policies and client guidelines.
• Submit electronic invoices via e-billing platforms.
• Ensure accuracy in time entries, billing codes, and invoice narratives.
• Monitor and resolve billing discrepancies, including rejections, appeals, and adjustments.
• Collaborate with attorneys, clients, and accounting teams to address billing inquiries.
• Maintain and update billing records and generate reports as needed.
• Assist with collections and follow-up on outstanding invoices.
• Stay updated on insurance billing guidelines and compliance requirements.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of legal billing experience, preferably in a law firm setting.
• Experience with insurance billing is a plus.
• Proficiency in LegalTracker, Legal X, Collaborati, iManage, or similar billing software is highly desirable.
• Strong knowledge of LEDES billing format and e-billing procedures.
• Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.

Salary: $80,000 - $90,000- commensurate with your experience and qualifications
