Job Title: Billing Manager

Addison Group is seeking an experienced Billing Manager for our client here in San Antonio, Texas. This position requires 8 years of experience within billing and at least 5 years of supervisory experience. The salary starts at $85,000 per year depending on experience.
Responsibilities:
Manage and oversee a team of 12 billing specialists, ensuring optimal performance, efficiency, and alignment with company goals
Supervise and coordinate all daily billing activities
Identify training needs and coordinate ongoing education opportunities to improve team expertise and capabilities
Maintain comprehensive and accurate documentation for all billing-related activities, ensuring records are readily available for audits and internal reviews
Lead monthly post-close meetings by preparing detailed reports
Assist in the preparation of month-end close reports, ensuring timely and accurate reconciliation of accounts and billing statements
Requirements:
5 years of supervisory experience
8 years of billing experience
Strong experience with a large ERP system
Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
