As a Sales Associate, you’ll represent two prestigious brands, connecting customers with vehicles that inspire passion and excitement. This is your chance to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with two iconic brands while earning a competitive income. Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with customers to understand their needs and help them find the perfect vehicle.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
• Actively prospect for new customers through lead generation, follow-ups, and networking.
• Conduct test drives and explain vehicle features to showcase the value of each product.
• Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of BMW Motorrad and Lotus vehicles, accessories, and financing options.
• Work closely with the Finance & Insurance team to ensure a smooth sales process for customers.
• Meet or exceed daily, monthly, and annual sales targets.
• Assist with maintaining showroom and lot standards, including vehicle displays and cleanliness.
• Stay compliant with federal, state, and local regulations governing vehicle sales.
• Participate in ongoing training to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques.

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience: 2+ years experience is preferred, we will train the right talent with strong communication skills
• Passion: Enthusiasm for luxury vehicles and motorcycles, particularly the BMW Motorrad and Lotus brands.
• Customer Focus: Strong interpersonal and communication skills to create positive customer experiences.
• Drive: A results-oriented mindset with a commitment to meeting sales goals.
• Technical Skills: Familiarity with CRM tools is a plus.
• Licensing: A valid motorcycle endorsement is preferred but not required.
