Job Title: Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

Locations: Grand Rapids, MI

Salary: $70,000 - $105,000 annually (based on experience level)

Sign-On Bonus: $10,000

About Us: We are a leading ABA service provider throughout Iowa, dedicated to working with children with complex behavioral issues, autism spectrum disorders, and learning disabilities. Our services include clinical, at-home, and real-world interventions.

Responsibilities:

* Lead assessments of strengths and deficits to develop personalized treatment plans.
* Provide oversight and supervision to a team of Behavior Technicians.
* Collaborate with families and professionals to ensure a comprehensive approach to each child's care.
* Continuously pursue learning and growth opportunities within the field of human behavior.

Qualifications:

* Master's degree with active BCBA certification in the state of Michigan.
* Previous experience conducting behavioral and developmental assessments, including VB-MAPP, ABLLS, and FBAs, is strongly preferred.
