Your Role:
As a BCBA® with BLN, you'll take on a dynamic and rewarding role, including:
- Supervising cases and providing oversight for behavioral technicians
- Conducting assessments (e.g., VB-MAPP, FBAs, VABS)
- Developing treatment plans and progress reports
- Leading team meetings and parent training sessions
- Collaborating with families and school personnel
- Participating in IEP meetings and monthly group supervision
- Traveling locally to client sites
What We're Looking For:
- Current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA®) certification
- Minimum 2 years of experience working with individuals with autism
- Experience conducting assessments, overseeing treatment plans, and leading teams
- Reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and auto insurance
- Clearance from California DOJ/FBI background check and TB screening
- Ability to handle challenging behaviors and a full range of physical movement as required
