What You'll Do:
Engage with customers from all over, helping them choose the perfect boat for their lifestyle.
Build and maintain strong relationships with new and returning buyers .
Conduct on-site boat showings, test drives, and product demos to showcase the latest models.
Stay ahead of market trends to confidently educate customers and close deals .
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth sales process from start to finish .
Drive sales success by exceeding targets and delivering outstanding customer experiences.
What We're Looking For:
A go-getter with a passion for sales and boating .
Experience in boat sales, automotive sales, or other high-ticket sales fields .
A natural ability to connect with customers and close deals .
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
CRM experience (Salesforce preferred) to manage leads and follow-ups effectively.
Willingness to work weekends and peak tourist seasons - because that's when the action happens!
