CornerStone Staffing has partnered with a customer that is a building supplies manufacturer in the Carrollton area. Position starts next week, we are looking for great candidates quickly.

Job Title: Bookkeeper

Location: Carrollton, TX

Pay: $25/hr

Schedule: Mon - Fri 8am-5pm

Job Description:

• Reconcile accounts using QuickBooks
• Run and analyze the Unpaid Bills Report
• Match invoices with POs for accuracy
• Process bill payments via ACH or online credit transactions
• Match receipts with statements for accurate financial tracking
• Assist with month-end close tasks

Requirements:

• Strong experience with QuickBooks (recent and hands-on)
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with the team
• Strong sense of accountability and a non-defensive, team-player attitude
• Quick learner who can adapt to a fast-paced environment
• Prior experience in AP, reconciliations, and financial reporting
