JOB SUMMARY
Our client is looking for a person who can balance about 60-70 rental property accounts prior to paying property owners and reconcile the bank account through the Appfolio software system. Position is part time working 2-3 days per week and can eventually be hybrid, working mainly from home.
REQUIREMENTS
· Knowledgeable with the real estate property management software Appfolio
· 3-5 Years experience in property rental accounting including bank reconciliations
