Bookkeeper job at System One Tulsa, OK, US

Job Description

System One is seeking an experienced bookkeeper for a local Tulsa, OK company. This position is with a stable organization with a friendly and positive culture. This will be a full-time position.

Responsibilities :

Process Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Journal Entries, Account Reconciliations and Payroll
Interact professionally with other employees, customers, and vendors
Order and stock office supplies
Assist with administrative tasks as needed

Requirements :

At least 3 years of experience with general bookkeeping
High School Diploma
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically in Excel required
Must have a positive attitude, be dependable, and able to work full-time hours
