Call Center Representative - Full-Time, On-Site

We are looking for a Call Center Representative to join our team in Port Huron, MI, and surrounding areas. In this role, you'll play a key part in helping homeowners improve their living spaces while earning a competitive income. Whether you're experienced in telemarketing or looking for a new challenge, we provide industry-best training and ongoing support to set you up for success.

What You'll Do:

Engage with homeowners over the phone using a provided script.
Adjust conversations to fit the needs of each homeowner.
Answer questions, handle objections, and build rapport.
Schedule and confirm appointments for free consultations.
Enter lead information and update records in our system.
Follow up with homeowners to ensure a smooth process.
Maintain accurate reports and assist with quality control calls.

What We're Looking For:

Strong communication and customer service skills.
A positive attitude and the ability to handle objections professionally.
Experience in telemarketing, sales, customer service, or promotions is a plus (but not required—we provide training!).
Comfortable using computer applications to manage appointments and leads.
Self-motivated, resilient, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
