Cashier/Sandwich Maker

Location: Melty Lehi

Pay: Depends on experience

Part Time

Melty Lehi is looking for dynamic people to engage with our guests and create and serve our amazing melts! We do grilled cheese in a whole new way...In a fun, fast-paced environment, and we’d love for you to be part of our team. Whether you are experienced inthe food service industry or just getting started, we’d love to talk to you! Pay will depend on experience.

Cashiering Duties & Responsibilitie s: 

• Essential duties and responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned. 
• Have the ability to operate and/or familiarity working with food slicers and kitchen knife
• Clean and sanitize equipment, workstation, and other areas of the store
• Stock Products as needed

All Melty representatives are expected to:

• Embrace and promote all facets of Melty Principles
• Exhibit job and product knowledge to accurately support all functions at a Melty restaurant
• Assist with putting away new deliveries
• Assist with guest service
• Assist with overall store cleanliness
• Be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Possess the necessary social skills to work with different personalities, and provide excellent service to all patrons
• Demonstrate cooperative behavior with supervisors and co-workers
• Be an ambassador of Melty inside and outside of work

Qualifications

Education, Experience & Other

• No prior experience or training is necessary
• Previous guest service and/or food & beverage experience preferred 
• Must be 16 years of age or older
• Reliable transportation or reliable use of public transportation

Certifications

• Must have or obtain a current Food Handlers Permit 
• Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions in English, short correspondence, and memos
