About the Role:

We are seeking a strategic and hands-on CFO with experience in start-ups and hyper-growth companies to drive Converge's financial strategy and scale our operations. The ideal candidate has a deep understanding of fundraising, financial modeling, and investor relations , with the ability to effectively market the company to raise capital .

As a key partner to the CEO , the CFO will lead capital-raising efforts, develop financial strategies to support growth, and build the financial infrastructure needed to solidify Converge as a market leader in cyber insurance . Experience in cyber insurance, insurtech, or tech-enabled financial services is a strong plus.

Key Responsibilities:

• Fundraising & Investor Relations : Lead capital-raising efforts, build investor confidence, and effectively communicate Converge's financial vision.
• Financial Strategy & Planning : Develop and execute financial strategies to support hyper-growth, market expansion, and profitability.
• Financial Modeling & Forecasting : Build robust financial models to drive data-driven decision-making and long-term planning.
• Operational Finance & Scalability : Implement scalable financial systems, processes, and controls to support rapid growth.
• Market Positioning : Partner with the CEO to strategically position Converge for maximum valuation and investor appeal.
• Cross-functional Leadership : Collaborate with executive leadership on business strategy, M&A opportunities, and operational efficiencies.
• Compliance & Risk Management : Ensure financial compliance, risk management, and governance best practices.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Proven CFO or senior finance leadership experience in startups or high-growth companies .
• Expertise in fundraising , capital markets, investor relations, and scaling financial operations.
• Deep understanding of financial modeling, forecasting, and data-driven decision-making .
• Experience working directly with venture capital, private equity, or institutional investors .
• Ability to market the company and communicate financials effectively to secure investments.
• Strong hands-on approach with the ability to operate at both strategic and execution levels.
• Nice to Have: Experience in cyber insurance, insurtech, fintech, or SaaS industries.
