The Role: We seek a talented and experienced Chef de Partie - Pastry.

Description Brief: As a Chef de Partie - Pastry is responsible for producing high-quality pastries and desserts for guests and crew of the ship. Duties include baking, decorating, and presenting a wide range of pastries, ensuring quality control, maintaining a clean work area, and assisting with inventory and ordering. The ideal candidate will have proven experience as a Chef de Partie - Pastry in a high-volume kitchen, strong pastry skills, excellent communication, and the ability to work under pressure.

Minimum Requirements:

- At least 2 contracts' experience as a Chef de Partie - Pastry onboard cruise ships - on various stations and/or cuisines.

- Excellent A La Carte experience. 

- Valid STCW certificates, as required for the position.

- An amazing team player with a positive attitude to ‘get the job done’.
