We are seeking an experienced Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) to lead Wire Network’s global marketing strategy, elevate brand awareness, and drive ecosystem growth. The CMO will spearhead our go-to-market efforts, oversee developer and user adoption campaigns, and position Wire as the leading blockchain for AI and interoperability.
This role requires a visionary leader who understands blockchain, Web3, AI, and decentralized technologies. The ideal candidate will have a deep network in the Web3 space and a proven track record of growth marketing, developer adoption, community engagement, and strategic brand positioning.
Brand Strategy & Positioning: Develop and execute a marketing strategy that establishes Wire Network as the leading blockchain for AI agents and interoperability.
Growth & Adoption: Design and implement initiatives that increase developer adoption, node sales, and ecosystem participation.
Content & Messaging: Create compelling narratives that differentiate Wire Network from other L1s and interoperability solutions.
Community & Social Growth: Oversee community growth across Twitter, Discord, Telegram, and Web3-native platforms, ensuring active engagement.
Partnership Marketing: Collaborate with Web3 projects, AI companies, DeFi platforms, and NFT ecosystems to integrate Wire Network into the broader blockchain landscape.
Developer Relations: Build and execute programs to attract developers to Wire’s ecosystem through hackathons, grants, and educational initiatives.
Events: Plan and execute high impact events that position Wire as a significant thought leader and contributor to the Web3 and decentralized AI spaces.
PR & Media: Secure high-profile coverage and thought leadership opportunities in crypto media, podcasts, and industry events.
Analytics & Optimization: Measure and optimize marketing performance, ensuring alignment with Wire’s growth and revenue goals.
8+ years of marketing leadership experience, with at least 3+ years in blockchain/Web3.
Proven success in scaling Web3 brands, developer ecosystems, or infrastructure projects.
Strong understanding of L1/L2 ecosystems, DeFi, AI, and interoperability protocols.
Experience in growth marketing, community building, and developer relations.
Track record of executing high-impact PR, content, and partnership marketing strategies.
Deep relationships in crypto media, VCs, and industry influencers.
Excellent storytelling, communication, and leadership skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment.
