Luminary Group is seeking a dynamic and experienced Chief Operating Officer (COO) with expertise in Real-World Evidence (RWE) and Real-World Data (RWD) to lead the strategic and operational initiatives of our client. As the COO, you will play a critical role in driving growth, operational excellence, and customer satisfaction within the RWE/RWD space.
Develop and execute the company's strategic plans and initiatives to drive growth and profitability within the RWE/RWD domain.
Lead and oversee the day-to-day operations of the company, ensuring operational efficiency and effectiveness.
Collaborate with the executive team to develop and implement business strategies, goals, and objectives.
Manage and optimize resources including budget, staffing, and technology infrastructure to support the company's growth and operational needs.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, key stakeholders, and industry partners.
Stay abreast of industry trends and regulatory changes, ensuring compliance and driving innovation.
Implement and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure operational performance and identify areas for improvement.
Lead and develop a high-performing team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and excellence.
Represent the company in industry events, conferences, and client engagements.
Report directly to the CEO and provide regular updates on the company's operational and strategic performance.
