Job Description

Class A drivers with 2 years OTR experience in the last three years run mostly I-35 and east, get home every 14 days for 48 hours on 65% Reefer freight. Top 50% of drivers average 1800+, so if you are a runner the money is there for the taking. Drivers can have a rider and a pet with them from day one. Orientation is two days with drivers getting their own rooms, transportation paid for by the company and meals. Not a fan of hair follicle testing? Great we do urine only for all our drug screens. 

Position Overview:

•Routes: Primarily I-35 and east. Please understand we go all over the US but the vast majority of our freight is east of I-35. If you live east of I-35 you will be out 21 days and home 3 days

•Freight: Reefer Freight that is 65% drop and hook, all no touch.

Compensation:

•Pay: $0.62 per mile ($0.10 per diem included).

•Earnings: Average drivers gross $1,550 per week; top 50% gross $1,740 per week.

•Orientation: Company-paid travel, hotel, and meals. Drivers earn $125 per day during orientation.

Equipment:

•Trucks: 2021-2024 Peterbilt Ultralofts, equipped with APUs, inverters, and refrigerators.

Benefits:

•Start: Full benefits begin on the first of the month after 60 days.

•Includes: Medical, dental, 401K, paid time off, and more.

•Riders and Pets: Riders and dogs that are 60LBS and less are allowed from day one

Requirements:

•Age: Must be at least 23 years old.

•Experience:

oMinimum 2 years of OTR/Regional experience within the last 3 years.

•Driving Record:

oNo preventable incidents or accidents in the last 12 months.

oNo more than 3 incidents or accidents in the last 3 years.

oNo DOT preventable accidents in the last 3 years (major accidents like rollovers, dropped trailers, running off the road, or jackknifes must be over 7 years old).

oNo more than 2 moving violations in the last 12 months and no more than 4 in the last 3 years. No major moving violations in the last 3 years.

oNo terminations for safety reasons in the last 3 years.

oNo DUI in the last 5 years (none ever in a CMV).

oNo failed or refused drug tests in the last 5 years (urine test only).
