Job Summary

Our client is looking for a Clinical Research Coordinator to join their team. The primary responsibilities include completing required regulatory and protocol-specific training, conducting subject visits, maintaining accurate documentation, and collaborating with various staff, investigators, and sponsors.

Key Responsibilities

• Complete required regulatory and protocol-specific training (ICH-GCP, IATA, EDC, IVRS, etc.).
• Conduct subject visits, procedures, and informed consent discussions.
• Maintain accurate documentation following ALCOA-C standards.
• Enter data, resolve queries, and follow up on action items.
• Support subject recruitment and retention.
• Collaborate with lab, data, administrative staff, investigators, participants, and sponsors.
• Assist with laboratory procedures, equipment monitoring, and kit inventory.

Qualifications

• Ability to conduct training and understand regulatory and protocol standards.
• Proficient in conducting subject visits and informed consent discussions.
• Capable of maintaining accurate documentation using ALCOA-C standards.
• Experience in collaboration with various stakeholders.

Skills

• Technical skills related to EDC and IVRS systems.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
