Commercial Casualty Production E&S Underwriter
Location: Kansas City, MO (Fully Remote)

While this position is remote, candidates must reside in or near the designated cities to effectively serve their assigned territories. Our company offers a diverse range of commercial property and casualty products, and as a Commercial Production/Field Underwriter, you will collaborate closely with Producers and Reinsurers. You will be entrusted with the production and management of both new and renewal business within your territory, enjoying full authority to make decisions.

What We're Looking For:
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial Excess and Surplus underwriting, coupled with a marketing background.
- Willingness to travel approximately 25%-40%, with potential overnight stays.
- A clean driving record is essential.
- Candidates with experience from carriers are preferred, but we are open to applicants from Managing General Agents (MGAs) or Wholesalers.
- Insurance designations and a college degree are welcome additions to your profile.
