Position: Commercial Lender
Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service by building and maintaining strong relationships with clients
- Assess creditworthiness and evaluate financial statements to determine loan eligibility
- Develop and implement loan structures that meet both the needs of the client and the institution
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure efficient loan processing and timely loan closings
- Maintain knowledge of industry trends, regulations, and compliance guidelines
Essential Job Functions:
- Originate, underwrite, and close commercial loans
- Actively prospect and market to potential new clients
- Analyze credit risk and make informed lending decisions
- Monitor and manage existing loan portfolios
- Stay up-to-date on market conditions and identify new business opportunities

Skills:
- 5+ years of experience in commercial lending
- Strong knowledge of financial analysis and underwriting principles
- Prior experience as a loan underwriter or credit analyst is MANDATORY.
-Prior experience in preparation of loan memorandums for credit committee approval is also MANDATORY.
- Formal Credit Training in your background is Desirable.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven track record of achieving loan production goals
- Familiarity with lending regulations and compliance standards
Benefits:
