Description of the role: Rowe Ford Sales is seeking a Commercial Service Advisor for both day and night shifts at our Westbrook, ME location. This position involves providing exceptional customer service and support in our commercial service department. Responsibilities:

• Work closely with commercial customers to provide service support
• Manage scheduling and follow-up with customers
• Communicate effectively with the service and parts departments
• Ensure customer satisfaction throughout the service process

Requirements:

• Prior experience in a customer service role
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work day and night shifts
• Knowledge of automotive service processes is a plus

Benefits: Compensation for this position ranges from $75,000.00 to $125,000.00 per year, paid weekly.
