That's where we come in. McLaurin Law is hiring a  Construction & Insurance Litigation Attorney to handle a docket that's 50% construction disputes and 50% insurance litigation . Our clients are contractors, developers, and property owners — never insurance companies.You'll be in court. You'll lead a team. You'll manage complexity. And you'll never be waiting for someone else to solve your case.

What You'll Do:

• Litigate  defective construction ,  delay , and  contract disputes .
• Handle  first-party and third-party coverage litigation related to construction losses.
• Lead case strategy, supervise support staff, and report to the firm's owner.
• Manage multiple complex cases with absolute precision and no deadline slips.

What We're Looking For:

• Mid-Level : 5–8 years of experience in  construction law ,  coverage , or  commercial litigation .
• Senior : 9+ years with  trial or arbitration experience in construction or insurance disputes.
• Strong understanding of  construction processes and policy structures .
• Highly organized, consistent, and  deadline-driven .
• Able to handle  multiple major cases at once without dropping the ball.
