Job Description

Kitchen Staff - $18.40-$19.40/hour

Kitchen team members prepare food items according to McDonald’s standards, ensuring quality, consistency, and cleanliness.  They work in a fast-paced environment and are responsible for tasks like grilling, assembling sandwiches, frying, and maintaining food safety procedures.  Teamwork and attention to detail are important.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook food items following McDonald’s quality and safety standards
• Operate kitchen equipment such as fryers, grills, and ovens
• Assemble sandwiches, sides, and meals accurately
• Keep kitchen areas clean and sanitized throughout the shift
• Monitor stock levels and assist with restocking supplies
• Work efficiently as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
• Follow all food safety and handling procedures

Requirements

• Minimum age: 16 years old
• Prior kitchen or fast food experience is a plus but not required
• Ability to follow food safety and hygiene standards
• Comfortable working with kitchen equipment and in high-heat environments
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
• Must be able to stand for long periods and lift items (up to 25-50 lbs.)
• Willingness to learn and work as part of a team
