We are seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team in Dora, United States. As the face of our company, you will play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction through excellent service and support.

  • Answer and manage incoming customer phone calls in a professional and timely manner
  • Assist in food preparation, including making pizzas, as needed
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment
  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and offering product information
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours
  • Handle multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining a high level of accuracy and efficiency

Qualifications
