Customer Service Representative - InsuranceAuto Club Enterprises is hiring full-time, motivated Customer Service Representatives to join our industry-leading Insurance Call Center team. If you're passionate about helping others and thrive in a fast-paced, member-focused environment, we want to hear from you!What We Offer$23 - $25 per hour starting payAdditional $1/per hour for English/Spanish bilingual fluency$1,000 hiring bonus for those with an active Property & Casualty License (external candidates only)Paid, in-person training at: 3700 Central Ave Riverside, CA 92506Training schedule: Monday-Friday, 9:00am-5:45pm, and every 3rd Saturday from 8:00am-5:00pm with a day off during the following week. Training is approximately 17 weeks onsite.Post-training schedule: Monday-Friday, 10:15am-7:00pm, including every Saturday from 8:00am to 5:00pm with a day off during the following week. This also includes the opportunity to work from home.Comprehensive benefits packageWhat You'll DoAnswer inbound calls and assist members with questions related to insurance policies and AAA membershipsDeliver personalized, proactive solutions and recommend valuable products and servicesEngage with members using strong communication and a friendly, problem-solving mindsetThink quickly and critically to resolve issues--this is not a scripted environmentNavigate multiple systems and tools while actively listening and multitaskingMaintain a positive, can-do attitude in a fast-paced and evolving environmentParticipate in ongoing coaching and development to continually enhance your performanceWhat You'll NeedPrior customer service experience (recent call center experience preferred)Spanish fluency is a plus!Excellent communication skills (written, verbal, and listening)Ability to multitask and navigate computer systems in real timeA flexible, "can-do" mindset and willingness to adapt to changeHigh school diploma or GEDAbility to pass a background check and drug screeningMust reside within 30 miles of the training location (3700 Central Ave, Riverside, CA 92506)The starting pay range for this position is $23.00 - $25.00 per hour.
