We're excited to invite you to apply for a rewarding opportunity as a Customer Service Representative (CSR) or Claims CSR. These positions are remote, but you must be based in Alaska to be eligible.

Available Positions Based on Experience:

CSR - Call Center / Customer Service
Claims / Medical Billing CSR

Key Responsibilities:
Both positions involve delivering exceptional customer service and handling claims-related tasks. Your day will be spent on the phone and email, providing support to callers. You'll be helping with medical and behavioral health care authorizations, provider availability, claims status, and resolving eligibility issues.

Answering inbound calls and chat messages promptly and professionally.
Handling administrative tasks, like reviewing and resolving eligibility discrepancies.
Providing first-call resolutions or escalating issues as needed.
Making outbound calls to schedule appointments based on requests.

Work Schedule:

Monday to Friday, between 7 AM and 6 PM
Closing shift from 9:30 AM to 6 PM
Flexibility in your shift is required
New employee onboarding is from 6 AM to 10 AM Alaska Time
Training classes are 5 weeks long from 6 AM to 10 PM Alaska Time

What You'll Need to Succeed:

Must be based in Alaska
Access to a high-speed internet connection (remote position)
Reliable computer equipment (provided for you)

Compensation and Benefits:

Hourly Rate: $20.79 per hour
Fringe Benefits: $4.93 per hour during the contract period, bringing your total to $25.72 per hour
After transitioning to permanent employment, you'll receive additional benefits:
Health and welfare fringe benefits via a cash deposit into your 401(k) plan (up to 40 hours per week)
Eligibility for medical and 401(k) plans upon permanent hire

Job Requirements:

Required:
High School diploma or GED
At least one year of experience in a customer service role
Familiarity with Microsoft Office products and the internet

Preferred:
Experience in the healthcare industry, particularly in health services
Call center or chat messaging experience
Military experience, especially in service delivery
