Then being the Data Clerk at Southfield Public Early Childhood Center might be the exact fit for you!

 

• You would be the cornerstone for providing admin support to the Director and admin support team.
• Communicating information to students, parents/guardians and staff while ensuring compliance with financial and admin duties.
• Managing multiple databases, analyzing data, creating reports, monitoring budgets/ inventory/ spending  and purchasing materials are just a few on the things you would be doing.  

REQUIRED EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE
1. Associate’s Degree in education, business or a related field
2. Demonstrated experience with Microsoft Office, Google platforms, Business Plus
3. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

OTHER SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
1. Must possess a high level of ethics.
2. Must demonstrate and ability to work collaboratively; be team oriented and people oriented;
organization and writing skills; be technologically proficient; have positive and practical
experience working in a multi-cultural environment, serving diverse populations and; experience
working in an office administrative position.

Salary: $38-42K a year

Salary position which spreads pay over 12 months
