Job Overview:
We're looking for a detail-oriented Data Entry Clerk to help transfer information from one system to another. This role involves copying data from one screen and entering it into another platform, with a strong focus on accuracy and speed.
Key Responsibilities:
Copy and paste information from one system or screen to another
Ensure data is entered accurately and efficiently
Double-check entries for errors or missing information
Use Windows-based programs to complete daily tasks
Maintain confidentiality of all data
Communicate with team members as needed
Requirements:
Strong computer skills, especially with Windows
Fast and accurate typing skills
Excellent attention to detail
Ability to work independently
Familiarity with ZoHo Books is a huge plus
Nice to Have:
Previous data entry or administrative experience
Experience working in multiple systems/screens simultaneously
