Position: Full-Time Dental Assistant

Location: 200 Solana Road Suite A Ponte Vedra Beach, Florida 32082
Schedule: Monday–Thursday (no Fridays or weekends!)

What We’re Looking For:

• A highly skilled, experienced Dental Assistant (minimum 1–2 years preferred)
• Someone who exudes confidence and competence in all aspects of dental assisting
• A true professional with excellent communication and chairside manner—warm, articulate, and intuitive
• A team player who’s proactive, organized, and always a step ahead

Responsibilities:

• Assist the dentist during a variety of treatment procedures
• Prepare and sterilize instruments and treatment rooms
• Take dental radiographs (x-rays)
• Ensure patient comfort before, during, and after procedures
• Maintain accurate patient records and assist with charting
• Educate patients on oral hygiene and post-operative care
• Support the front desk team as needed

Qualifications:

• Active Florida Dental Assistant certification or EFDA preferred
• X-ray certification (required)
• Prior dental assisting experience (minimum 2 years preferred)
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Positive attitude and a team-oriented mindset
• Experience with dental software (Dentrix) is a plus
