This is an in-office position. Must have Management Experience in Dental Billing to be considered for this role.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Leading and managing a team in all aspects of dental billing, including claims processing, patient billing, collections, and Revenue Cycle Management (RCM).
• Ensuring insurance claims are submitted accurately and on time, following up on outstanding claims to resolve issues.
• Collaborating with our clinical team to ensure precise billing and streamline patient information.
• Developing and implementing billing policies and procedures that promote efficiency and compliance.
• Preparing and analyzing billing reports to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Providing top-notch customer service when handling patient inquiries related to billing, payments, and insurance coverage.
• Training and mentoring the billing team, creating a positive and productive work environment.
• Staying current on dental coding, billing regulations, and insurance policies to keep our operations compliant and efficient.

What We're Looking For:

• At least 3 years of experience in Dental Management Billing is required.
• Proficiency in dental billing software and electronic health record (EHR) systems.
• Exceptional organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
• A positive, solutions-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively engage with patients, staff, and insurance representatives.
• Bonus points if you have experience in DSO , billing for multiple locations , and expertise in Pediatric Dentistry, Orthodontics, and IV Sedation.

The Details:

• Job Type: Full-Time (Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.)
• Salary: $65,000 - $90,000 + Benefits
