Family Dental Office is looking for an energetic, enthusiastic, friendly face to add to our amazing dental staff. (Minimum of 1 year dental experience) .

Must be experienced with dental procedures, scheduling, collection and dental insurance. Our beautiful and state of the art office is located in Doylestown.

The office prides themselves on delivering exceptional quality dentistry, performed with compassion to all of our patients.

Responsibilities:
- Greet patients warmly and gather all information needed for the appointment.
- Responsible for the creation and maintenance of a productive schedule for the dentists, hygienists and esthetician.
- Post charges and collect money as the patient leaves. Submit insurance forms and schedule all follow up appointments.
- Follow up on insurance payments and keep the accounts receivables current.
- Scan incoming reports and x-rays.
- Keep track of lab cases going out and coming back in
- Perform other tasks as needed to help support the dental team

Qualifications Needed:
- Friendly and warm customer service skills
- Knowledge of dental insurance
- Experience answering multiply telephone lines
- Preferred experience with Softdent dental program, but not required
- Exceptional communication and computer skills
- Ability to multi-task is a must
- Attention to details
- Minimum of 1 year Dental experience- a MUST
- Clean appearance and a positive attitude

Hours:
Monday: 8 to 4
Tuesday: 8 to 4
Wednesday: 10 to 7*
Thursday: 8 to 4
Friday: 8 to 4*
(*Wednesday & Friday - Closer)
Weekends OFF

Salary:
Dependent on experience
$22 - $24 per hour
