Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and assist the cleaning team in delivering exceptional service.
• Perform general cleaning duties, including:
  • Using cleaning solutions according to safety standards.
  • Cleaning restrooms, floors, furniture, glass, and fixtures.
  • Emptying trash and maintaining overall cleanliness.
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure adherence to cleaning standards.
• Train, mentor, and support team members on proper cleaning techniques and safety protocols.
• Monitor and restock cleaning supplies and inventory.
• Report maintenance issues or major repairs to management.
• Ensure adherence to safety protocols and company policies.

Requirements:

• Experience : 2+ years in janitorial or cleaning roles, with at least 1 year in a leadership position.
• Education : High School Diploma or GED required.
• Skills :
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Basic computer skills for reporting and task management.
