Location: Dresher, PennsylvaniaJob Type: ContractCompensation Range: $47 - 52 per hourOur client, a major financial services company, is seeking a Digital Content Writer for a remote 6-month contract. The Digital Content Writer will be responsible for writing clear, concise, and engaging digital content to support the client experience.Responsibilities: Adopt a client-centric approach to writing by focusing on tone and manner, while also leveraging personalized video as a communication channel to enhance engagement. Translate complex legal, compliance, and business requirements into content that is easily understood by the target audience while ensuring regulatory accuracy. Maintain a consistent voice and tone that aligns with the client's brand and editorial standards. Manage multiple content projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and quality standards. Support the creation of external communications strategies to increase operational effectiveness and improve client experience. This role requires collaboration with Marketing, Product, UX and business stakeholders to develop digital content that creates a frictionless, omnichannel, and intelligent experience for all audiences (participants, plan sponsors, and advisor partners) and drives the desired operational outcomes. Qualifications: A minimum of 5 years' experience writing for a regulated industry (retirement experience preferred). Experience writing digital content. Experience working cross-functionally with multiple stakeholders.
