Community Access Services is seeking dedicated full-time Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to provide in-home supports and supported living services to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. No experience? No problem! We offer paid training to ensure your success.

What You’ll Do as a DSP:

• Provide support with daily living tasks, personal care, and medication administration.
• Follow personalized support plans tailored to individual needs and preferences.
• Encourage social engagement through community outings and recreational activities.
• Promote independence and advocate for the rights of individuals served.
• Ensure a safe, comfortable, and inclusive home environment.

Requirements:

• No experience required – just a passion for helping others!
• Must be at least 18 years old .
• Ability to pass a national background check .
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs and assist with mobility needs when necessary.
• Valid driver’s license required – This position involves driving a company vehicle.

Note: This position involves driving as part of the job duties. Applicants must meet the requirements to be an approved driver, including a valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and current auto insurance.
